[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] Enterprise solutions specialist YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.(060850)posted its highest-ever first-half revenue, driven by a large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) project and growth in its cloud business.
YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. announced on the 14th that its consolidated revenue for the first half of this year reached 41.39 billion won, a 16% increase from the same period last year and the highest first-half figure in the company’s history. Operating profit for the same period fell 87.2% to 170 million won. (Source: YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.) The revenue growth in the first half was driven by the sequential recognition of revenue from large-scale ERP projects secured in the second half of last year across key industries such as semiconductor equipment, pharmaceuticals, and the public sector. Expanded sales of “SystemCloud for,” an industry-specific cloud ERP solution, also contributed to this revenue growth.
In particular, the company signed several additional large-scale ERP project contracts in June, increasing its order backlog to 17.86 billion won. The company expects that as the secured order volume begins to be fully reflected in revenue starting in the second half of the year, this will lead to improved performance.
However, ongoing investments to strengthen competitiveness in AI ERP and cloud businesses, as well as to expand new initiatives in corporate culture innovation (People & Culture), weighed on profitability. Expenses increased, including R&D costs for enhancing AI ERP capabilities and improving development productivity, as well as cloud service operating costs, AI licensing fees, and outsourcing expenses associated with the expansion of large-scale projects.
The financial results also reflected construction-related costs associated with the completion of “Y SPACE” in Paju, expenses for expanding corporate culture innovation initiatives, and marketing costs—including those for hosting the “2026 Enterprise Business Solutions Conference (EBSC)” and advertising. Y SPACE serves as a hub for implementing an AI-centric management environment and executing company-wide innovation initiatives.
YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. views these expenses as investments to secure future growth engines. In May, the company officially launched its AI ERP, “K-System Ace I&I,” and began enhancing its AI-based capabilities. It is also leveraging AI in the development process to boost productivity and quality, while strengthening its cloud business by expanding contracts for “SystemCloud for.”
In the area of corporate culture innovation, the company plans to expand new businesses that support the strengthening of organizational culture and talent competitiveness, focusing on HR solutions and corporate culture innovation platforms.
Kwon Young-beom, CEO of YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., stated, “The first half of the year was a meaningful period in which we laid the groundwork for future growth while achieving our highest-ever first-half revenue.” He added, “As the orders secured during the first half will begin to be reflected in revenue in earnest during the second half, we will enhance our competitiveness in AI ERP and cloud services and strengthen our business execution capabilities to ensure that our investments translate into tangible results.”
