“Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub,” the final installment of the “Tazza” series, is a crime thriller in which Jang Tae-young (Byeon Yo-han)—who thought he had it all thanks to his online casino business—and his best friend of the same name, Park Tae-young (Noh Jae-won), who took everything from him, meet again on the global gambling scene to settle a score.
Ayaka Miyoshi is making her debut in a Korean film with *Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub*. With this role, she joins the lineage of iconic, powerful female characters in the *Tazza* series, following in the footsteps of Kim Hye-soo from the first film, *Tazza*, and Shin Se-kyung from the second, *Tazza: The Hand of God*.
“Kaneko,” played by Ayaka Miyoshi, is the head of a Japanese corporation backed by a yakuza organization. Taking an interest in the online casino business built by Jang Tae-young and Park Tae-young, she proposes an investment and personally designs a high-stakes game involving major players from Japan and Vietnam. She is a character who controls and manipulates the flow of the game, hiding a cold calculation behind her gentle demeanor.

The released character still captures Kaneko’s gaze as she assesses the entire situation from the center of the high-stakes arena. In particular, it reveals a captivating yet dignified presence that only Ayaka Miyoshi could embody. In behind-the-scenes photos, Ayaka Miyoshi’s serious expression—as she takes on her first Korean film role—catches the eye.
Director Choi Kook-hee decided to cast Ayaka Miyoshi after being struck by her exotic aura and intense presence, which he observed in the Netflix series *Alice in Borderland Season 2*. To perfectly capture Kaneko’s gaze as she reads the game, Ayaka Miyoshi personally learned how to play poker. She also worked alongside Noh Jae-won—who was tackling Japanese dialogue—during script readings, helping him refine even the most subtle nuances of his delivery.
Ayaka Miyoshi shared, “They treated me not as a foreign actress, but as an actress in my own right. Looking back now that filming has wrapped, there wasn’t a single day when I felt like running away.”
While the three previous films released over the past 20 years shared the same universe, *Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub*, the final installment, features a universe independent of the existing *Tazza* series. The film stars Byun Yo-han, Noh Jae-won, Ayaka Miyoshi, Jo Woo-jin, Yoon Kyung-ho, Tsuyoshi Ihara, Hong Dao, Kim Min-ho, Im Se-mi, and Moon Ji-hoon.
