[Edaily Starin Choi Hee-jae Reporter] The group Stray Kids has set a record for their fourth consecutive "triple million-seller" debut with their new album "THIS & THAT."

On the 15th, JYP Entertainment announced, “Stray Kids’ new mini-album ‘THIS & THAT,’ released on the 7th, recorded first-week sales of 3,289,269 copies according to Hanteo Chart, a domestic album sales tracking site.”
This marks the group’s fourth triple-million first-week sales achievement, following their third full-length album “5-STAR,” mini-album “樂-STAR,” and fourth full-length album “KARMA.” It is also the second-highest first-week sales figure among all albums released so far in 2026.
The first-week sales for this album represent an increase of approximately 1 million copies compared to the group’s previous releases, “SKZ IT TAPE” and “DO IT,” which were released in November 2025. In addition, the new album topped the Hanteo Chart’s Weekly Album Chart (August 3–9) and Circle Chart’s Weekly Retail Album Chart and Weekly Album Chart (August 2–8), and held the No. 1 spot on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart for six consecutive days from August 7 to August 12.
The title track “This & That,” which embodies Stray Kids’ confidence, recently reached No. 1 on Circle Chart’s weekly download chart. Stray Kids added another No. 1 trophy on KBS2’s “Music Bank,” which aired on the 14th, following their win on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on the 13th.
Next month, Stray Kids will meet their global fans at the Brazilian music festival “Rock in Rio” and at “STRAYCITY,” a new festival spearheaded by the group that will take place in Bogotá, Colombia; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Mexico City, Mexico.
