Distributor Early Bird Pictures raised anticipation on the 18th by releasing a special trailer for “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.” Set to open exclusively at CGV on the 16th of next month, “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time” will be presented to audiences in 4K remastered format as well as in 4DX.
"The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" is a coming-of-age fantasy anime that depicts the changing daily life of a girl named Makoto, who accidentally gains the ability to time-leap, and the awkward feelings that blossom within her as she turns back time. It is a classic masterpiece born from the synergy between Mamoru Hosoda, a master of the Japanese animated film industry, and screenwriter Satoko Okudera, who won the Best Screenplay Award at the Japan Academy Film Awards for *National Treasure*.
