KESPION Decides on 13 Billion Won Third-Party Private Placement

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] KESPION(079190)announced on the 18th that it has decided to conduct a third-party private placement worth approximately 13 billion won to raise operating funds.

Accordingly, 10,752,688 common shares will be issued at a price of 1,209 won per share, raising a total of 12.9999 billion won. The entire amount raised will be used as working capital. The payment date is September 14, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on September 30.

The third-party allottee is the “Blue Materials, Parts, and Equipment New Technology Investment Fund No. 3.” The company stated that once the payment for this rights offering is completed, the investment fund will secure the position of largest shareholder. The newly issued shares will be subject to a one-year lock-up period.

Regarding the purpose of this capital increase, the company explained, “It is intended to achieve the company’s business objectives, such as maintaining its listing status and raising operating capital.”
