This marks their first duet in about eight years, following “I Love You Too,” which was included on Drunken Tiger’s studio album in November 2018. The new song, “Let Me Love You,” is a love song about the moment you feel a fresh sense of excitement toward someone who has been by your side for a long time. Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae personally participated in writing the lyrics and composing the music. Feel Good Music stated, “The two have ventured beyond the conventions of the R&B and hip-hop genres they’ve primarily showcased in the past to try something new,” and asked fans to look forward to the release. They added, “Tiger JK and Yoon Mirae plan to open a pop-up store to coincide with the new song’s release and launch merchandise and clothing under a new brand.”
