[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] EOFlow Co., Ltd.(294090)announced on the 18th that it has decided to issue its 6th series of bearer, unsecured private placement convertible bonds (CBs) worth 2 billion won to Nextio Investment Fund No. 7 to raise working capital. These bonds are bond-type hybrid capital securities, and the proceeds will be used for working capital, such as labor costs.

The coupon rate is 0%, the maturity rate is 5%, and the maturity date is September 8, 2056. The conversion price is 6,000 won per share, and the conversion will result in the issuance of 333,333 common shares, representing 0.8% of the total number of outstanding shares. The conversion period runs from September 9, 2027, to June 8, 2056.
