Exion Group Decides on 2.8 Billion Won Public Offering

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] ISE Commerce Company Limited(069920)announced that it has decided to conduct a public offering of 3.8 million common shares worth approximately 2.8 billion won to raise working capital.

The planned issue price is 734 won per share, with the expected proceeds totaling 2.7892 billion won. All proceeds will be used as working capital. The public subscription period will run for two days, from the 24th to the 25th, and the payment date is the 27th. The new shares are scheduled to be listed on the 16th of next month.

The final issue price will be calculated based on the weighted arithmetic average share price from the third to the fifth trading day prior to the subscription period, with a 20% discount applied. The company stated that the final number of shares issued and the total amount raised may change depending on the final issue price.
