(Photo: KBS)According to the production team on the 21st, Episode 770 of “Immortal Songs,” airing on the 22nd, will be themed “50th Anniversary—Artist Choi Baek-ho.” Contestants appearing in this special episode include Wax, Son Tae-jin, Crying Nut, Ailee Band, and Lee Ji-hoon. During a recent recording session, Wax performed “My Heart Has Lost Its Way,” while Son Tae-jin sang “The End of the Sea.” Crying Nut and Ailee Band performed “Friend of Yeongil Bay” and “Jump” respectively, and Lee Ji-hoon presented a reinterpreted version of “On Romance.” Choi Baek-ho also took the stage himself. He performed “Applause,” the title track from his 50th-anniversary album released last month, for the first time on television. Choi Baek-ho shared his thoughts on the appearance, saying, “As I get older, opportunities to perform on great stages become fewer and fewer, so I’m truly grateful that you haven’t forgotten me and continue to invite me to sing.” “Immortal Songs” airs every Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
