[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Recent photos of Seungri, a former member of the group Big Bang, attending an event in Vietnam have been released.

On the 21st, Vietnamese new media outlet S Channel posted a video on its official social media channels showing Seungri attending the opening ceremony for “AY-VY Hanoi,” a multi-cultural complex that recently opened in Hanoi.
The video shows Seungri, dressed in a light-colored suit, making his way to the venue. Seungri entered the venue under the guidance of a staff member holding an umbrella as it was raining. The event reportedly took place on the 20th.
Seungri, who debuted as a member of Big Bang in 2006, left the group in 2019 in the wake of the so-called “Burning Sun scandal” and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry.
Subsequently, Seungri was indicted on charges including habitual gambling, violations of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, and facilitating prostitution, and in May 2022, the Supreme Court upheld his sentence of one year and six months in prison. He was released from Yeoju Prison in Gyeonggi Province in February of the following year after serving his full sentence.
Following the departure of founding members Seungri and T.O.P., BIGBANG reorganized as a trio consisting of G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung and celebrated their 20th anniversary. They will hold a 20th-anniversary concert over three days, from the 21st to the 23rd, at the Main Stadium of the Goyang Sports Complex.
