[E-Daily Reporter LEE SEON-WOO ] Following Incheon and Jeju, “Airport Premium Concierge Centers (Desks)” have now opened in Gimpo and Gimhae. This premium care and concierge service was launched by Premium Pass International, a company specializing in tourism and MICE services, to assist international airport passengers with entry and exit procedures and to enhance their travel convenience.
Founded in 2007, Premium Pass International provides VIP reception, fast-track entry and exit, and lounge services at airports. The company currently operates concierge services in partnership with approximately 500 airports worldwide. Recently, it entered the Central Asian market by opening a lounge at Manas Airport in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

The airport concierge center provides services tailored to the purpose of the visit and the needs of each guest, including MICE participants, luxury travelers (such as those on business, medical, or wellness trips), and passengers accompanied by infants, young children, or the elderly. Key services include meet-and-greet at the aircraft door, assistance with immigration procedures, baggage care and porter services, and limousine transportation. The center also provides interpretation and guide services, as well as emergency response services for safety incidents.
Kim Eung-soo, CEO of Premium Pass International, stated, “Premium care and concierge services that enhance the convenience of airport use will improve the quality of service at regional airports and for local tourism, while also contributing to the expansion of tourism demand.” He added, “We plan to expand the target audience, scope, and variety of our services to broaden our premium tourism and MICE service network, with regional airports serving as hubs.”
