[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] PlantiM, a subsidiary of IT solutions company PLANTYNET Co., Ltd.(075130), announced on the 25th that it has partnered with KTCorporation to offer the digital magazine platform “Moajin” as a benefit included in KTCorporation’s subscription plans.

Through this partnership, PlantyM has made it possible for KTCorporation “Choice 110,” “Choice Double,” and “Choice 130” subscribers to select Moajin as one of their monthly “Plus Benefits.”

KTCorporation’s Choice rate plans are products that offer additional “Plus Benefits” on top of the basic benefits, depending on the plan. Moajin has joined the lineup of benefits, following existing offerings such as KT GENIE MUSIC, millie seojae, and Shopping Lounge.

Subscriber growth through partnerships with telecom carriers is also expanding. According to PlantiM, MoaJin currently has approximately 150,000 subscribers from domestic telecom carriers, and the company expects this number to increase further with the launch of the new benefit.

Moazin is a digital magazine platform that allows users to view over 2,400 domestic and international magazines across various categories—including fashion and beauty, current affairs and business, sports, and kids and teens—on smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

In particular, the company explains that it uses a 4:3 aspect ratio—similar to that of physical magazines—making it convenient to view content on foldable and large-screen smartphones. This strategy aims to strengthen the platform’s content competitiveness by targeting large-screen devices such as the recently released Galaxy Z Fold 8.

The platform targets all age groups by offering a wide range of content, from topics of interest to the 20s and 30s demographic—such as fashion, travel, and tech—to content tailored for the 40s and 50s demographic, including health, food, economics, and current affairs.

A PlantyM representative stated, “We will secure new subscribers by launching subscription plan benefits and use this as a foundation to drive revenue growth,” adding, “Going forward, we plan to diversify our distribution channels through various partnerships beyond telecom carriers and are also actively considering expansion into global markets.”
