[E-Daily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] AsianaIDT(267850)has obtained international certification for its compliance management system from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

AsianaIDT announced on the 25th that it had obtained “ISO 37301” certification from the Korea Management Certification Institute (KMR).

On the 24th, a certification award ceremony was held at the company’s headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, attended by Yoon Chan-ui, CEO of AsianaIDT, and Hwang Eun-ju, CEO of the Korea Management Certification Institute (KMR), among others.

ISO 37301 is an international standard that evaluates whether a company has a system in place to identify and manage compliance risks related to laws, internal policies, and other regulations. It is also used as a criterion for assessing a company’s level of compliance management when selecting global business partners.

AsianaIDT has strengthened its compliance management system by establishing a dedicated compliance organization and integrating internal audit functions. It has also established a system for responding to internal accounting control audits and for the proactive identification and control of compliance risks.

The company also regularly conducts training for employees on fair trade-related topics, such as the Subcontracting Act and anti-corruption measures. It provides guidelines to business partners regarding labor and human rights, occupational safety and health, the environment, and ethical management, and is expanding its legal compliance reviews.

An AsianaIDT official stated, “We plan to continuously monitor our employees’ compliance with regulations and actively respond to periodic follow-up audits to strengthen ESG management and enhance corporate value through compliance management.”
