NamyangDairyProducts announced on the 26th that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hancom to expand company-wide AI utilization and innovate business processes.

Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate on establishing an AX strategy, identifying and analyzing AI implementation projects by department, supporting AI solutions integrated with existing business systems, and analyzing the efficiency gains resulting from AI adoption.

NamyangDairyProducts will first analyze the business processes of key operational departments—such as purchasing, production, and logistics—to identify tasks suitable for AI implementation. It then plans to conduct a phased pilot implementation of Hancom’s “Agentic OS.”

Agentic OS is an AI platform designed to connect, manage, and control multiple AI agents within a single environment. NamyangDairyProducts will utilize this platform to explore AI applications tailored to the specific characteristics of each department, such as document creation, data analysis, and the automation of repetitive tasks.

During the pilot phase, the two companies will analyze the effects of reduced work hours and process improvements, and based on the verification results, they plan to gradually expand the scope of application and collaboration.

Heo Tae-gwan, Head of the Management Support Division at NamyangDairyProducts, stated, “The core of this collaboration is to integrate AI into actual day-to-day operations to enhance employee productivity.” He added, “We will develop specific AI implementation strategies tailored to the characteristics of each department’s work to create a work environment where employees can focus on more important decisions and core tasks.”
