According to Box Office Mojo on the 26th, “Spider-Man 4” has maintained the No. 1 spot at the North American box office for four consecutive weeks. Furthermore, by the end of its fourth weekend in theaters, the film had grossed $854.9 million (1.1801 trillion won), surpassing the previous installment in the series, “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” and securing a spot in the top three all-time North American box office rankings.
According to the international media outlet Playlist, “Spider-Man 4” is projected to surpass “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” ($936.6 million), the all-time North American box office champion, and “Avengers: Endgame” ($858.37 million), which ranks second.
"Spider-Man 4" has surpassed $2.2 billion (3.0645 trillion won) in worldwide box office revenue, demonstrating its unflagging global box office momentum. With this, the film has once again set a new record by climbing into the top 6 on the all-time global box office chart, surpassing "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." Global attention is focused on the box office phenomenon of “Spider-Man 4,” which continues to shake up the box office landscape day after day.
The film is also enjoying a long-running box office run in South Korea. According to the Korean Film Council’s integrated computer network, “Spider-Man 4,” which opened in South Korea on the 29th of last month, has drawn a cumulative audience of 8,215,569 as of the 25th and continues to be a box office hit.
“Spider-Man 4” is an action blockbuster in which Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland)—forgotten by everyone following the events of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”—is plunged into even deeper chaos by the appearance of a mysterious enemy who remembers his true identity and by gaining uncontrollable powers due to a DNA mutation, as he faces new threats to protect those he holds dear.
