LG Corp. introduced interim dividends last year and has been paying them for two consecutive years. The company expanded its dividend cycle from one annual dividend to two annual dividends. This measure is intended to enhance market predictability regarding the timing and size of dividends for shareholders and to maintain a stable shareholder return policy.

Previously, in 2024, LG Corp. announced a plan to enhance corporate value, which included △increasing the dividend payout ratio, △introducing interim dividends, and △retiring treasury shares. The company has sequentially implemented and completed the key tasks outlined in this plan.

LG Corp.’s 2025 dividend payout ratio stood at 68%, meeting the requirements for separate taxation of dividend income for high-dividend companies. The average dividend payout ratio over the past five years (2021–2025) was approximately 69%, maintaining the company’s high-dividend policy.

LG Corp. plans to continue providing stable and consistent shareholder returns by maintaining its policy of distributing at least 60% of net income—as reported in its separate financial statements, excluding one-time and non-recurring gains—as dividends.
