The two companies will collaborate to expand their pet and senior healthcare businesses. ADBIOTECH Co.,Ltd. will serve as the exclusive domestic and international distributor for M20’s pet product “MayoPet” and plans to collaborate on the development of additional products for large animals.

ADBIOTECH Co.,Ltd. will invest in the clinical trial costs for a device designed to mitigate side effects of GLP-1-based obesity treatments currently under development by M20, a growth plate stimulator, and a sarcopenia treatment device for seniors aged 65 and older. The intellectual property rights secured through the clinical results will be jointly owned by both companies.

The two companies have agreed to share the production costs and profits for the sarcopenia treatment devices supplied to facilities such as the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Senior Welfare Center.

M20 is developing muscle health management solutions based on its medium-to-low-frequency “Core Muscle Booster (CMB)” technology. CMB is a technology that utilizes medium-frequency waves ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 Hz to stimulate deep muscles.

ADBIOTECH Co.,Ltd. plans to expand this collaboration beyond the domestic and international distribution of MayoPet to include clinical trials, production, and global business operations. The two companies also plan to explore mid- to long-term collaboration strategies, including equity investments and mergers.
