Ji Ye-eun’s agency, C.P. Entertainment, stated on the 2nd, “The two have promised to share their lives together based on a deep bond of trust,” adding, “We ask for your warm congratulations and support for their future as they embark on this new chapter.”
The couple will tie the knot at a private venue in Seoul on December 12.
Born in 1994, the couple—who are the same age—met as friends at church and grew close through shared interests and their faith, eventually becoming a couple. They confirmed their relationship last April. Since then, Ji Ye-eun has continued to publicly acknowledge their relationship by mentioning her boyfriend Bata on variety shows and posting photos of them together on social media.
Last year, Bata also choreographed the new song “Milkshake” for the project group Chungju Ji C, featuring Ji Ye-eun and Ji Seok-jin.
Ji Ye-eun made her debut in 2017 with the web drama “How To.” She subsequently gained fame through Coupang Play’s “SNL Korea” and has been active in shows such as SBS’s “Running Man.”
Bata is the leader of the dance crew We Dam Boys. He was the runner-up on Mnet’s “Street Man Fighter,” which aired in 2022.
