Hironic Co.,Ltd announced on the 2nd that it has started distributing the initial shipment of the “Doublo × Venus Signature Edition” in North America. Following the shipment of the initial batch, orders for additional equipment and consumables continue to pour in.

Previously, in July, Hironic Co.,Ltd signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Venus Concept for the U.S. and Canada. Venus Concept will handle local distribution and sales, and subsequent orders will be shipped sequentially according to the supply schedule.
This agreement goes beyond a simple distributor contract for product sales; it is a long-term partnership that expands the scope of collaboration to include not only existing products but also future new product launches. Hironic Co.,Ltd explained that its North American business, which had previously been limited to the stage of identifying local distributors, has now entered a full-scale supply phase through Venus Concept’s direct sales organization.
Venus Concept supplies products to over 60 countries worldwide and operates its own sales organization in 11 major markets, including the United States. Hironic Co.,Ltd’s strategy is to leverage Venus Concept’s local sales network and network of hospitals and clinics to reduce the time and costs associated with entering the North American market and proactively secure a service infrastructure.
The “Doublo × Venus Signature Edition,” a model designed exclusively for North America, was developed based on Hironic Co.,Ltd.’s flagship device, the “New Doublo 2.0.” It features a combination of a radiofrequency (RF) microneedle handpiece and a plasma handpiece on a single platform, enabling multifaceted treatment from the skin’s surface to the dermis. The product has obtained U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance, demonstrating its safety and efficacy.
Starting with the initial supply of equipment, Hironic Co.,Ltd plans to increase the number of installations in North America and expand the supply of consumables, such as dedicated tips. Once the equipment is installed, a revenue structure will be established where sales of consumables grow in tandem with the cumulative number of treatments performed. In fact, even during this initial supply phase, orders for consumables and parts were placed simultaneously with the equipment.
The company plans to use this collaboration as a springboard to gradually expand its product portfolio in the North American market, while also exploring opportunities to enter other countries by leveraging the global Venus Concept network, based on its North American track record.
