Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 Corp. announced on the 3rd that it supported the development of E-Land World’s OTZ official D2C online store and mobile app through “Cafe24 Enterprise,” its customized e-commerce development and operation service for businesses.

Occhi plans to operate its new online store not only as a space for selling products but also as a platform to showcase its brand story and seasonal content. While existing external platforms focused primarily on product exposure and sales, the company envisions its online store as a central channel for building relationships with customers who love the brand.

In particular, the site has moved away from simply listing products and instead focuses on connecting content with products. The “PROJECT,” “LOOKBOOK,” and “SPECIAL” menus introduce new seasonal products, styling ideas, and content from brand and creator collaborations, while simultaneously displaying related products. Customers can view content and immediately check out and purchase items they like.

The company also operates a three-tier membership program to strengthen customer relationships. The top-tier “LOVER” level offers benefits such as discounts and free shipping year-round, as well as 24-hour early access to new and limited-edition products, seasonal gifts, and invitations to offline events like product review sessions. A key feature is that the membership program goes beyond simple purchase benefits to allow customers to experience the brand firsthand and participate directly.

Occhi has also launched its official mobile app. The company plans to use the app to offer online-exclusive products and benefits, while strengthening personalized customer relationship management (CRM) through push notifications and other features. Based on visit and purchase data accumulated from its official online store and the app, Occhi analyzes customers’ purchasing cycles and preferred products to inform new product and promotional announcements and encourage repeat purchases.

An Ochi representative stated, “While external sales channels serve as touchpoints to introduce products to a wider audience, the brand’s own online store is the central space where the brand maintains relationships with customers who love Ochi,” adding, “We will create an experience that encourages customers to return to Ochi as they continue to discover new styles and stories, rather than simply purchasing a single item and leaving.”

Lee Jae-seok, CEO of Cafe24 Corp., remarked, “An official online store is a space where brands can showcase their unique content and benefits to provide customers with a differentiated experience.” He added, “We expect to see an increasing number of brands—like Ochi—that go beyond simply selling products to build lasting relationships with customers by connecting various touchpoints, such as content, membership programs, and apps.”
