HYBE Holds Orientation Ceremony for "Hi, Hi," a Talent Development Program for the K-Pop Industry

HI, HIGH” orientation ceremony on the 2nd at its headquarters in Yongsan
-gu, Seoul.
“HI, HIGH” is a training program established as part of the “K-New Deal Academy” initiative, which is being promoted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to strengthen young people’s job competencies and support their employment.
Trainees will learn about the K-pop industry and its business structure while experiencing the entire content production process—including planning, filming, and editing—through team projects. The program also includes sessions designed to support employment and career growth, such as self-awareness and personality assessments, as well as training to enhance collaboration and communication skills.
The opening ceremony was attended by key HYBE executives, 28 trainees, and the teaching staff. HYBE conveyed messages of welcome and encouragement to the trainees and shared details about the “Hi, Hi” curriculum and operational direction.
HYBE’s label portfolio includes Big Hit Music, Belief Lab, SOURCE Music, Pledis Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, and ADOR. HYBE stated, “We hope this training will help young people deepen their understanding of the entertainment industry and the practical aspects of content production.”
“Hi, Hi” will run for approximately 12 weeks, through November 20. Trainees who complete the entire program will receive a certificate of completion. Outstanding graduates will be offered internship opportunities at HYBE.
