[Edaily Reporter Park Jung-Soo ] SNT Motive ( SNT MOTIV(064960)) has been consecutively named a “Supplier of the Year” by global mobility companies such as General Motors (GM) and BorgWarner. SNT MOTIV announced on the 3rd that it received the “Supplier of the Year (SOY)” award from global automotive parts company BorgWarner in Hangzhou, China, on the 2nd. BorgWarner selected 22 companies as “Suppliers of the Year” after conducting a comprehensive evaluation of performance, operations, and sustainable value creation among approximately 3,400 partner companies that supply products to its global locations. This marks the second consecutive year that SNT MOTIV has received this Daesang, following its win in 2024. Last May, the company was recognized as an outstanding partner at the “34th GM SOY Awards Ceremony” held in Austin, Texas. Every year, GM evaluates approximately 20,000 global partners on criteria such as quality, innovation, collaboration, and supply capabilities. This year, 103 companies from 14 countries were selected as outstanding partners. This marks the sixth time SNT MOTIV has received the GM SOY award. The company has previously been recognized as an outstanding partner for a diverse range of products, including drive units—key components for electric vehicles—as well as oil pumps, instrument clusters, and shock absorbers. SNT MOTIV also received GM’s 2025 “Supplier Quality Excellence Award (SQEA).” The SQEA is an award given to suppliers who meet GM’s quality standards. An SNT MOTIV official stated, “This is a result of our technical capabilities and quality competitiveness being recognized through rigorous evaluations in the global mobility market,” adding, “Moving forward, we will continue to enhance quality and efficiency based on the experience and expertise we have accumulated in the mobility business, and we will maintain long-term partnerships through close collaboration with our clients.”
