Kwon Eun-bi transitioned to a solo career in 2021 after previously being a member of the girl groups YeA and IZ*ONE. This marks her first new release in one year and four months since she released the single “Hello Stranger” last April. “Déjà Vu” holds special significance as it is the first new release from Kwon Eun-bi since she joined RBW.
