In fourth place was the film “Bi-gwang,” starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Ha Ji-won, which drew 12,726 viewers. In fifth place was the film “Gyeongju Journey,” starring Lee Jung-eun, Gong Hyo-jin, Park So-dam, and Lee Yeon, which recorded 9,678 viewers.
“The Odyssey” continues to dominate in advance ticket sales as well. As of 8:13 a.m. on the 4th, “The Odyssey” had sold 404,925 tickets, maintaining a significant lead over the second-place film. “The Intern,” set to open on the 16th, took second place, while “The Assassin(s),” set to open on the 23rd, took third. Following them, “Spider-Man 4” and “Obsession” ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.
Given that “Odyssey” has maintained high advance ticket sales even a month after its release, attention is focused on whether it will surpass the 10-million-viewer mark this weekend.
