[Edaily Starin YUN GI BACK Reporter] The group CORTIS has achieved its first music video with over 100 million views for “FaSHioN,” a track from their debut album. It is particularly noteworthy that a non-title track has consecutively reached 100 million views on YouTube and 200 million streams on Spotify.

CORTIS’s “FaSHioN” music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube around 4 a.m. on the 5th. This milestone was reached approximately one year after its release on September 8 of last year via the HYBE Labels YouTube channel, making it the first CORTIS music video to hit the 100-million-view mark.
“Fashion” is a song in which members Martin, James, Joo-hoon, Seong-hyun, and Geon-ho directly incorporated their personal interests into the music. The members participated in the co-creation process, using their love for vintage fashion as lyrical inspiration and adding a powerful trap sound rooted in Southern hip-hop.
The music video captures CORTICE’s performance against the backdrop of New Zealand’s vast natural landscapes and a junkyard. Rapidly shifting camera cuts and special effects were used to visually convey the song’s raw energy.
Reaching 100 million views is significant because it shows that the long-term popularity of “Fashion”—which was first evident in its digital streaming performance—has now extended to the music video. The song surpassed 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify on July 27. Among K-pop boy groups that debuted in the last five years, Cortice is the only group to have achieved 200 million streams on Spotify with a single track.
