[Edaily Reporter Han Kwangbeom ] LG CNS (#LGCNES) announced on the 10th that it has launched a second-half recruitment drive for new employees in the triple-digit range to secure top talent to lead future core businesses such as AI and robotics.
The recruitment covers nine job roles across key business areas, including AI, robotics, consulting, DX engineering, cloud account management, architecture, ERP, smart factories, and convergence engineering. Applications will be accepted until the 14th.
In this recruitment drive, candidates for the AI role—a core business area—will design and implement optimized AI models and agent-based AI services across various industries, including finance, public sector, manufacturing, and logistics, while growing into AX (AI Transformation) experts. Those in the robotics role will be responsible for applying and validating next-generation robotics technology in manufacturing and logistics settings, focusing on strengthening automation capabilities in smart logistics and manufacturing environments.
Consulting roles will focus on developing AX/DX strategies, while DX Engineer roles will focus on developing core systems and services tailored to specific industries.
Eligible applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher with IT competencies or be scheduled to graduate in February 2027; applicants may apply regardless of their major, and those with relevant work experience and expertise will be given preference.
The hiring process consists of a document screening, a written exam, a technical interview, and a final interview. The written exam comprises a personality and aptitude test along with the newly introduced “CNS Specialized Test.” The CNS Specialized Test evaluates candidates’ understanding of global technology and industry trends, as well as their ability to utilize generative AI—either through coding or planning—tailored to the specific role they are applying for.
LG CNS continuously secures top talent through regular recruitment drives in the first and second halves of each year, as well as through industry-academia partnerships. Recently, LG Corp. made a concerted effort to recruit global talent by hosting the “LG Connect N Sync” event in San Francisco, USA, attended by CEO Hyun Shin-kyun and other key executives, where they invited master’s and doctoral-level talent from major local universities. CEO Hyun has consistently emphasized the importance of talent management, stating, “The success or failure of technological competition ultimately depends on the people who implement the technology.”
An LG CNS spokesperson stated, “We will secure and nurture talent capable of translating technology into tangible customer value in core business areas such as AI and robotics.”
