On the upcoming episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” airing on the 13th, a party will be held in honor of Ji Ye-eun.
During a recent taping, the “Running Man” cast organized a special celebration for Ji Ye-eun, who had just made a surprise announcement about her wedding. Ji Ye-eun and Bata had previously made headlines with their surprise announcement that they would marry this coming December. They announced their marriage just five months after confirming their relationship last April.
To celebrate, the members prepared balloon decorations and a cake, throwing a party that felt like a “Running Man-style wedding.” Ji Ye-eun, who usually showcases her comedic talent without hesitation, caught everyone’s attention by appearing shy on this particular day.
Ji Ye-eun revealed behind-the-scenes stories about her wedding that had never been shared anywhere else. As the previously shrouded details of her wedding were gradually unveiled, the members’ attention naturally turned to the “proposal.”
Ji Ye-eun is set to share the story of how she decided to get married—from who proposed and how, to the moment her parents and her fiancé’s parents first met. Adding to the laughter, the members showered Ji Ye-eun, who is about to get married, with practical advice and playful questions.

ATEEZ’s San and actress Han Ji-eun will appear as guests on this episode. “Running Man” divides the cast into three teams—the “Northern Grand Duke” team led by San, who is rapidly rising as the “Northern Grand Duke” icon; the “Babu Grand Duke” team led by Haha; and the “Bokbu Grand Duke” team led by Yang Se-chan—to compete in a race titled “Your Highness, There Is an Outsider Here.”
To earn rewards, the teams complete missions by taking turns—one member per team—to provide the correct answer for a given category; if they fail to answer within the time limit, they get hit on the head. Since the losing team is immediately disbanded and absorbed by the opposing team, the members approached the competition with more seriousness than ever before.
Han Ji-eun, faced with the theme “proverbs containing animals,” shouted, “A tiger doesn’t know the fear of a leopard,” confidently mistaking “one-day-old puppy” for “tiger,” which drew laughter. Yang Se-chan, on the “economic terms” theme, instead of using terms like “SamX,” “HaXnix,” and “Xsla”—a string of names of blue-chip stocks—instead of actual economic terms, sending the studio into fits of laughter.
“Running Man” will air on the 13th at 4:50 p.m.
