[E-Daily Reporter Kwon Oh Seok ] On the 15th, independent research firm Valuefinder assessed that OBZEN Inc.(417860)is in the process of a full-scale transformation into an AI (artificial intelligence) full-lifecycle data solutions company centered on its AI platform “Quasar.” (Photo courtesy of OBZEN Inc.) According to ValueFinder, OBZEN Inc. held the “Obzen Summit 2026” on the 10th—its first integrated event following the merger with Zalesia—and unveiled its “Data Agent·Agentic AI” strategy based on “AI-Ready Data.” With participation from global vendors such as Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Microsoft, OutSystems, KNIME, and SynxDB, OBZEN Inc. redefined its business structure with a focus on its partner ecosystem. Consequently, the company is shifting from selling standalone licenses to a model that integrates and operates multiple global products, which is expected to increase the size of contracts per project and the proportion of recurring revenue. The highlight of the event was a demonstration of AX-CRM, which integrates Obzen’s proprietary AI platform “Quasar” with CDXP. It implemented an autonomous loop that, using only natural language requests, flows from target segment recommendations to automated campaign design, copy and image generation, simulation, performance insights, and redesign of follow-up campaigns. In particular, analysts note that by adopting a design that leaves the final verification stage to marketers, the company has significantly lowered the adoption barrier for the highly regulated financial sector. OBZEN Inc. cited the expected benefits as a 10-fold improvement in planning and design speed, a 50% reduction in operating costs, and a threefold increase in ROI. Furthermore, since the system is structured to allow agents to recommend attributes even for customers who do not yet possess them, it is expected to lead to demand for follow-up projects, such as acquiring additional data and building DB Inc.s. Sales results with global partners are also becoming visible. A major domestic semiconductor manufacturer jointly developed custom nodes for its KNIME-based in-house analytics environment with Obzen, replacing its existing commercial statistical solutions. Obzen is currently carrying out numerous Fabric-based data agent and ontology projects with Microsoft and has achieved a milestone by implementing Strategy’s “Strategy AI Agent” at a major domestic department store—the first such implementation in Korea. Jeon Woo-bin, a researcher at Valuefinder, analyzed, “OBZEN Inc. is implementing Data Agents and Agentic AI based on AI-Ready Data, transforming its business model from a company focused on selling its own licenses to a provider that integrates and operates multiple global products.” Researcher Jeon added, “As cross-selling results with manufacturing and public sector clients are becoming visible and proof-of-concept (POC) projects with major domestic and international corporations are underway, it is worth watching whether the company will grow into a full-lifecycle AI data solutions provider.” He continued, “Key factors to watch for medium- to long-term performance improvement include whether the company can expand the proportion of recurring revenue and accumulate references from major clients.”
