Her agency, More Vision, announced in a statement released via its official social media accounts on the 18th, “Chung Ha was taken to the emergency room early this morning due to health issues and is currently receiving treatment there.” Chungha was originally scheduled to perform at the “Gwryongje” festival on the Seoul campus of Kyunggi University today. In announcing the cancellation of Chungha’s performance, More Vision stated, “We sincerely apologize to the officials and students of Kyonggi University who were looking forward to the performance for the concern and inconvenience caused by this sudden news.” They added, “We will do our best to ensure the artist recovers her health as soon as possible.” Cheongha released her new song “Mexico” on the 1st and had been promoting her comeback. More Vision did not disclose specific details regarding Cheongha’s health condition.
