On the 19th, Byun Woo-seok’s agency, Baro Entertainment, posted an announcement on its official social media accounts stating, “We deeply appreciate all the fans who care for and support actor Byun Woo-seok,” adding, “We cherish the warm interest and support you, our fans, have shown us. We will be providing guidelines to ensure that the artist and fans can interact in a safer and healthier environment going forward, so please review the guidelines and actively cooperate with us.” The agency stated, “We have been continuously observing instances where fans visit locations related to the artist’s schedule or movements—such as filming sets and airports—that have not been officially announced, or follow the artist and staff members’ routes.” They urged, “To ensure the artist’s safety, protect their privacy, and maintain smooth on-site operations, please refrain from visiting any locations related to the artist’s schedule or movements other than those officially announced by our agency as open to fan participation.” They further emphasized, “Please immediately cease any actions that infringe upon the artist’s safety and privacy, such as visiting the residences or private spaces of managers and staff members to track the artist’s movements, waiting in the vicinity, or obtaining and sharing the artist’s personal information and confidential travel details through inappropriate means.” The agency stated, “If the artist’s safety and privacy are infringed upon or normal business operations are disrupted due to the aforementioned actions, we plan to collect relevant evidence and take necessary legal action depending on the circumstances,” adding, “Please be advised that we may take action without prior warning in cases of repeated or serious violations.” Meanwhile, Byun Woo-seok debuted as a model and gained widespread popularity through the drama *Carry On, Seonjae*.
