Park Shin-hye’s agency, Salt Entertainment, announced on the 22nd, “We are pleased to share the happy news that actress Park Shin-hye gave birth to a healthy daughter today, welcoming another new member to the Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon family.” They added, “Both the mother and baby are currently in good health, and Park Shin-hye is resting and recovering surrounded by her family’s love and care.”
They added, “We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has offered their generous congratulations, and we ask for your warm blessings and support for the new life that has been born.”
Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon married in 2022 and welcomed their first son in May of that same year.
Park Shin-hye, who debuted in 2003 through singer Lee Seung-hwan’s music video for “Flower,” gained popularity through her roles in dramas such as “Stairway to Heaven,” “You’re Beautiful,” “The Heirs,” and “Pinocchio.” Even after her marriage, she has continued her career with appearances in “Judge from Hell” and “Undercover Miss Hong.”
Choi Tae-joon debuted in 2001 with the drama “Piano” and has appeared in shows such as “Great Feng Shui,” “Warning: Ugly,” “Flower in Prison,” and “Suspicious Partner.” He also appeared in “The Ironing Family,” which wrapped up last January.
