[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] Eco&Dream ( Eco&Dream(101360)), a manufacturer of secondary battery materials, will supply high-nickel nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) precursors worth 17.8 billion won to global battery materials company Umicore.

Eco&Dream announced on the 23rd that it had received a purchase order (PO) for the supply of high-nickel NCM precursors. The contract value is 17.75289 billion won, which accounts for 12.51% of Eco&Dream’s 2025 consolidated revenue of 141.95841 billion won.

The contracting party, MiCo Ltd., operates primarily in energy materials, recycling, and catalysts. The supply destinations include domestic and overseas factories designated by MiCo Ltd.

The contract period runs through January 3, 2027. However, actual product supply is scheduled to be completed by November 14, 2026. According to the disclosure, the contract termination date was set after considering the expected timeline for receiving payment following product delivery.

Payment will be received within 65 days from the last day of the month in which the products are shipped, with no separate deposit or advance payment required. Eco&Dream will manufacture the products in-house.

The contract amount is $13,053,600. Since this figure was calculated based on the raw material prices of previously supplied products, it may vary depending on fluctuations in the prices of key raw materials.
