TOP RUN TOTAL SOLUTION CO.,LTD announced on the 28th that its Vietnamese subsidiary has secured a contract to supply exterior parts for the electric two-wheeler lineup of a major local mobility company.
This contract involves the supply of nine types of exterior parts for the Daesang electric two-wheeler models. Full-scale mass production is scheduled to begin this October; the supply period will last a total of five years, and the contract is valued at 100 billion won. The company plans to expand its supply to subsequent models and diversify its collaboration into the fields of automotive electronics and vehicle display modules.
The company explained that this contract is particularly significant as it marks the success of its proactive investment in production infrastructure, which has been driven primarily by its Vietnamese subsidiary.
TOP RUN TOTAL SOLUTION CO.,LTD invested approximately 14 billion won in 2025 to build large-scale automated robotic painting facilities at its Vietnam subsidiary and has focused on strengthening its mass-production competitiveness to meet the growing demand for automotive displays and electronic components. Currently, the Vietnam subsidiary is operating two large-scale automated robotic painting lines in line with the trend toward supply chain diversification (NCNT: Non-China, Non-Taiwan) among global automakers and parts suppliers, and has manufacturing capabilities that can accommodate products up to 1.8 meters in size.
In addition, the Vietnam subsidiary produces a diverse lineup of products, including head-up displays (HUDs), stiffeners for mobile devices, and Styrofoam. Notably, for automotive infotainment (IVI) components, the company has established an integrated production infrastructure capable of handling the entire process—from injection molding to painting, laser engraving, and final assembly—as a one-stop service.
Since there are few companies in Vietnam capable of performing both the injection molding and painting processes for large parts under one roof, analysts note that this unique manufacturing capability serves as a key asset in securing new clients and diversifying product lines.
TOP RUN TOTAL SOLUTION CO.,LTD is continuing its global production cluster strategy, with China and Vietnam serving as its two key hubs. The Chinese subsidiary is continuing to expand its customer base and product portfolio—most recently securing a supply contract for camera monitor systems (CMS) with a BOE affiliate—while the Vietnamese subsidiary appears to be further solidifying its position as a global automotive electronics hub.
The company is currently focusing on expanding its overseas client base by selectively accepting orders that prioritize profitable, high-value projects. Its strategy is to solidify mid- to long-term growth momentum through a sound management approach that balances external growth with internal stability and business sustainability.
