According to HyundaiEngineering&Construction, on the 29th, a worker removing concrete debris from the ceiling inside a unit evacuated the victim—who was cleaning the interior—to a safe area. However, when the worker dropped the debris, it strayed beyond the expected fall zone and struck the victim.
