According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 1st, temperatures will begin to drop starting this afternoon as cold air flows in from the north, and strong winds through tomorrow will make it feel even colder.

Strong winds with gusts of around 55 km/h are expected in most parts of the country through the afternoon, and winds in mountainous areas will intensify to around 70 km/h.

Morning lows are forecast to range from 5 to 14 degrees, while daytime highs are expected to be between 19 and 23 degrees.

Daytime highs will be △Seoul 21°C △Incheon 21°C △Suwon 22°C △Chuncheon 21°C △Gangneung 21°C △Cheongju 21°C △Daejeon 21°C △Sejong 21°C △Jeonju 22°C △Gwangju 22°C △Daegu 22°C △Busan 23°C △Ulsan 22°C △Changwon 23°C △Jeju 22°C, among others.

The temperature difference between day and night will be significant, around 15 degrees. Frost is expected in some inland areas of Gangwon Province.

In the morning, light rain (less than 0.1 mm) is expected in parts of the Chungcheong and Jeolla regions, North Gyeongsang Province, the northwestern inland areas of South Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island.

Waves will reach 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West and South Seas.
