The Korea Tourism Organization is recruiting Integrity Citizen Auditors through the 23rd to objectively evaluate the organization’s operations from the public’s perspective and propose improvements. The initiative aims to build a fair and ethical organizational culture by incorporating the perspectives of external experts.
The recruitment covers a wide range of specialized fields, including tourism—the KTO’s core business—as well as IT, architecture, labor relations, and public auditing. Appointed Integrity Citizen Auditors will monitor all key operations, including the KTO’s major projects and the execution of various contracts. They will serve as practical monitors and advisors, offering advice on institutional improvements in areas vulnerable to corruption and calling for the correction of unreasonable internal practices.
Details regarding eligibility requirements and required documents can be found on the Korea Tourism Organization’s official website.
Kim Byung-chan, Standing Auditor of the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, “We look forward to the active participation of outstanding experts from various fields in this recruitment process,” adding, “We will listen more closely to external perspectives, actively address any shortcomings, and establish ourselves as a clean public institution that is most trusted by the public.”
