World Tour Continues in Auckland on the 6th
[Edaily Starin YUN GI BACK Reporter] The group aespa continued its streak of sold-out shows at major venues in Los Angeles (LA). Following sold-out performances at Crypto.com Arena and the Kia Forum, they filled the Intuit Dome as well, translating their repeated local performances into strong ticket sales. This achievement is particularly significant as it demonstrates that interest from overseas fans is translating into demand for dedicated concert venues. aespa (Photo courtesy of SM Entertainment) According to their agency, SM Entertainment, aespa held a concert for their fourth world tour, “SYNK: COMPLæXITY,” at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, USA, on the 3rd (local time). The show was a complete sell-out, including seats with limited visibility. This concert marks aespa’s third solo concert in Los Angeles. They made their debut at the Crypto.com Arena during the 2023 “HYPER LINE” tour and held the “PARALLEL LINE” tour at the Kia Forum in 2025. The fact that they have successively filled different large-scale venues demonstrates that Los Angeles has established itself as a key overseas performance hub for aespa. It is particularly noteworthy that they have managed to draw local audiences back for each subsequent tour. The success of overseas performances depends not only on the buzz generated by the first visit but also on whether demand remains strong for follow-up tours. Through their three concerts in LA, aespa has confirmed the continued support of their local fanbase. aespa (Photo: SM Entertainment) On stage, they showcased both the group’s musical style and the individual personalities of each member. They performed their new songs “LEMONADE” and “WDA” (Whole Different Animal), along with hit tracks such as “Next Level” and “Whiplash.” They anchored the concert with their signature “hard-hitting” music—characterized by strong electronic beats and dynamic performances—while expanding the stage’s scope with unit and solo performances. Their signature tracks served as the backbone that connected them with the audience, while the new songs and unit/solo performances showcased the current essence of aespa. The setlist combined the joy of hearing familiar hits with the excitement of discovering new music and different sides of the members. After the concert, aespa said, “It was so great to be back in LA like this,” adding, “Every time we come to LA, thanks to all of you, we’re so happy and always receive such positive energy. We hope we can come back soon.” The audience responded enthusiastically throughout the concert with sing-alongs and cheers. aespa will continue their fourth world tour in Oakland on the 6th.
