On-site, the service provides USIM card replacements, consultations on communication costs, smartphone usage guidance, and education on preventing voice phishing. At local festivals and events, the team offers communication consultations, power bank rentals, and information on bundled internet, IPTV, and mobile service packages. They also provide consultations on communication services—such as CCTV, POS systems, and internet—for small business owners.
At disaster sites, such as those affected by floods or wildfires, the service provides free Wi-Fi, smartphone charging, and power bank rentals.
Jeong Cheol, Head of the Consumer Sales Group at LG Uplus (Senior Vice President), stated, “This is a new customer touchpoint where we go directly to the communities and locations that need telecommunications services,” adding, “We will ensure that people can conveniently access the counseling and digital education they need, regardless of their region or age.”
