The event features not only idol groups from HYBE’s subsidiary labels but also artists from various genres affiliated with other agencies. This marks the first time HYBE has held “WeverseCon Festival” overseas. Previously, HYBE established its local subsidiary, HYBE India, last year. The Indian event will be held under the title “WeverseCon Festival India” (WeverseCon India). HYBE stated, “‘WeverseCon India’ will be a festival where K-pop, Indian music, and the fan cultures of both countries come together in one place. Top-tier K-pop artists who have taken the world by storm and local artists leading the Indian music scene are set to grace the stage.” HYBE plans to reveal the lineup of artists performing at “WeverseCon Festival India” via HYBE India’s official social media channels later this month.
