[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] #WOOYANG HC CO.,LTD. has signed a 14.1 billion won supply contract related to the Qatar NFW project. This amount represents 13.95% of the company’s revenue from last year.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system on the 8th, WOOYANG HC CO.,LTD. signed a “COLUMNS (SS&CLAD) Supply Contract” with Technip Energies France Qatar Branch. The confirmed contract amount is 14.06843 billion won, which represents 13.95% of last year’s standalone revenue of 100.85457 billion won.

The supply location is Qatar, and the contract period runs from October 8, 2026, to January 20, 2028. WOOYANG HC CO.,LTD. will manufacture and supply the products itself, with payment terms consisting of a 30% advance payment, a 65% interim payment, and a 5% final payment.

This contract is the main agreement related to the notice of award for the Qatar NFW project that WOOYANG HC CO.,LTD. announced on April 28. The $355,100, which had been listed as an option at that time, was included in the scope of the contract during the signing process, finalizing the total contract amount at $10,505,100. On the 8th, WOOYANG HC CO.,LTD. calculated the contract amount in Korean won using the initial exchange rate of 1,339.20 won per U.S. dollar.

Furthermore, this contract is one of two main contracts related to the NFW project. The other was disclosed on September 30 as a single sales and supply contract.
