According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system on the 8th, Woowon Development Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Ssangyong Construction for the “Southern Inland Railway (Gimcheon–Geoje) Construction Project, Section 5-2: New Subgrade Construction and Other Works.” The contract amount is 67.87 billion won, which represents 18.03% of last year’s consolidated revenue of 376.34935 billion won.
The construction site is located in the area around 260 Samga-ro, Samga-myeon, Hapcheon-gun, South Gyeongsang Province. The contract period runs from October 8, 2026, to December 31, 2031—approximately 5 years and 2 months.
The contracting party is Ssangyong Construction, and the contract amount excludes value-added tax. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and the contract stipulates that Woowon Development Co., Ltd. will perform the construction work independently.
