[Edaily Starin JOO MEE_HEE Reporter] Comedian Kim In-seok has belatedly revealed that he ended his marriage to TV personality Angela Park in 2024. Having made no public comments for about two years following the divorce, he confided that he needed time to accept reality and gather his thoughts.

On the 9th, Kim In-seok personally announced the divorce on his social media, stating, “I would like to share some personal news with those who care for and support me.”
He stated, “About two years ago, I came to accept the decision to end our marriage and go our separate ways.” The couple, who married in 2014, reportedly ended their marriage in 2024 after about 10 years together.
He also made it clear that they would continue to share the role of parents to their two sons. Kim In-seok emphasized, “Although our marriage has come to an end, we will continue to do our very best for our children and remain good parents together.”
Regarding why he did not disclose the divorce immediately, he explained, “I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to share this news,” adding, “I, too, needed time to accept this reality and come to terms with it. That’s why I’m only sharing this now.”
He also expressed his determination to make a fresh start. “There were difficult times, but I’ve overcome them and am now ready to start anew,” he said. “I will strive to greet everyone with a better and happier attitude from now on.”
He also expressed his apologies to his family and acquaintances. Kim In-seok said, “I wasn’t even able to tell my close acquaintances about this in advance,” adding, “I would like to apologize to my family, relatives, and close acquaintances who are hearing this news for the first time through this post.”
Kim In-seok debuted in 2001 as a comedian in KBS’s 16th open recruitment class and gained recognition through shows such as KBS 2TV’s “Gag Concert.” In 2014, he married Angela Park, a TV personality and former Miss Korea Hawaii, and the couple has two sons.
