[Edaily Starin YUN GI BACK Reporter] The group CORTIS took the stage at the Formula One (F1) Singapore Grand Prix, a world-renowned motorsports festival, and thrilled a crowd of 60,000. As the only K-pop artist to perform at this year’s event, they made a strong impression at this major global event.

According to their agency, Big Hit Music, CORTIS performed on the Padang Stage—the main venue for the “2026 F1 Singapore Grand Prix”—held at the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore on the 9th (local time). The F1 Singapore Grand Prix is an event that combines an urban night race with large-scale concerts and is renowned for featuring world-class musicians.
An estimated 60,000 people gathered at the venue that day, according to the organizers. Even before the concert began, fans holding official light sticks and merchandise filled the area around the venue, and a wave of cheers erupted as Cortis took the stage.
Cortis performed a total of 15 songs over the course of 50 minutes. Starting with “TNT,” he played hit after hit—including “FaSHioN,” “REDRED,” “GO!,” and “MOTION”—drawing enthusiastic responses from the audience. During the “YOUNGCREATORCREW” segment, he approached the audience to interact directly with fans.

Visiting Singapore for the first time since their debut, the members said, “Thank you to all the fans for joining us. It’s a truly beautiful city,” and greeted the audience with the local English expression “Thank you lah.”
Their stage outfits also reflected the identity of F1. They captured the local atmosphere with outfits featuring the checkered pattern—a symbol of racing—including T-shirts emblazoned with the logo of legendary F1 driver Ayrton Senna.
Beyond the performance, they expanded their engagement with motorsports. At the invitation of Red Bull, with whom they have a global partnership, Cortes visited the race paddock and met with Oracle Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen. A photo of the meeting, posted on the official social media accounts of F1 and Red Bull Racing, surpassed 1 million likes in just about two hours.
