[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] X-Dinary Heroes, a band under JYP Entertainment, will make a comeback on the 12th with their new mini-album "IMPULSE."

“IMPULSE” marks X-Dinary Heroes’ return six months after the release of their mini-album “DEAD AND” last April. It is also their first album since reorganizing as a five-member group following drummer Gun-il’s departure last August amid controversy over his personal life.
The album features the title track “Obsessed with Youth,” as well as “Give Up The Ghost,” “Slashhh!”, “u and me in arguments,” “You Right There,” “Love in dystopia,” and “Breathe in, Breathe out,” for a total of seven tracks.
X-Dinary Heroes stated, “Using ‘desire’ as a keyword, we wanted to express the various emotions that people experience through music.” They added, “Whether positive or negative, we wanted to convey the message that no matter what emotions arise, people should accept them as they are and not deny their own feelings.”
The title track, “Upset with Youth,” is a song about the overwhelming emotions and instability of youth, as well as the fleeting, brilliant moments of that time. The members described it as “a song that feels like pouring every moment of the present into reaching the future we dream of,” adding, “We hope listeners will relate to it.”
The full album will be released at 6 p.m. today on various online music platforms. X-Dinary Heroes said, “We’ve captured a deeper atmosphere and mature charm in this new album,” adding, “You’ll be able to sense a more sophisticated evolution—both musically and stylistically—compared to our previous work,” and asked for the public’s support.
