[Edaily Reporter SONG YOUNG-DOO ] CLASSYS Inc.(214150)has recruited Bae Jeong-hee, a former executive at Bain & Company, as its new Vice President and is accelerating its global business expansion. The company plans to consolidate its domestic and international sales and marketing operations into a single organization and strengthen its business framework to seamlessly connect market entry with product launches and sales.

On the 12th, CLASSYS Inc. announced the creation of a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) position and the appointment of Vice President Bae Jeong-hee as CCO and Head of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Center. Vice President Bae will oversee the Marketing Division, Domestic Sales Division, and International Sales Division, and will be responsible for targeting key overseas markets and strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic business.

This personnel change is part of the organizational restructuring initiated following CEO Yoon Jun-oh’s appointment last July. CLASSYS Inc. is shifting from its previous approach of expanding business on a product-by-product and region-by-region basis to a system that integrates brand and product positioning with global launch strategies. The GTM Center is the key organization responsible for executing this strategy.

CLASSYS Inc. spokesperson explained, “Over the past 20 years, we have pursued gradual global expansion on a product-by-product and region-by-region basis,” adding, “Since CEO Yoon took office, we have been undergoing a complete transformation to a system that integrates brands, products, positioning, and global launches into a standardized framework to accelerate business expansion and growth.”

Vice President Bae began his career as a systems engineer at LG Corp. after graduating from Korea University. After earning an MBA from Harvard Business School, he worked at Monitor Group, Deloitte Consulting, and Bain & Company. While serving as a partner at Bain & Company, he led the launch of new brands, entry into Shinhung markets, and the design of distribution channels across more than 30 countries. Most recently, he led the AI and Digital Strategy division, spearheading data-driven operational innovation for global companies.

With the appointment of Vice President Bae, CLASSYS Inc. plans to enter key overseas markets—including the Americas, China, and Europe—and expand its business. The company also intends to strengthen its foothold in the domestic market and enhance its sales and marketing operations through the use of data and AI. Through these efforts, CLASSYS Inc. aims to accelerate the achievement of its goal of $1 billion in revenue by 2030.

The company is also continuing to strengthen its executive team. Following CEO Yoon Jun-oh, who was in charge of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and portfolio strategy at Samsung Group and SamsungElectronics, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Kim Taek-soo—who has a background at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology and holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University—and CCO Bae Jeong-hee have joined the company. The company plans to drive global business expansion centered on its core executive team responsible for strategy, technology, and sales and marketing.

CEO Yoon stated, “Through the establishment of the GTM Center, we will accelerate business expansion and growth so that customers worldwide can experience CLASSYS Inc.’s superior technology and products more quickly,” adding, “The appointment of CCO Bae Jeong-hee is significant in that it strengthens our leadership to elevate CLASSYS Inc. to an even higher level through innovation in global sales and marketing.”

Vice President Bae remarked, “We will further strengthen our leading position in the global aesthetic medical device market by leveraging CLASSYS Inc.’s expertise and differentiated capabilities,” adding, “We will start by quickly visiting markets and field sites to listen to the voices of customers and clinics.”

CLASSYS Inc. maintains a portfolio of energy-based aesthetic medical devices, including the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) device “Shrink Universe,” the monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device “Volnume,” and the microneedle RF device “QuadSay.” According to the company, overseas sales account for approximately 76% of its total revenue.
