It stands out for incorporating the titles of director Quentin Tarantino’s films—such as “Kill Bill” and “Death Proof”—into the lyrics. The music video features Lisa performing action sequences as she embarks on a spectacular journey from a hotel to deliver a letter to Quentin Tarantino. On the 22nd, the day before her comeback, Lisa held a listening party for her Korean fans in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. At the venue, decorated in a vintage Hollywood theater theme, she premiered the entire album to enthusiastic fan response. Among the tracks on this album, “Sawadika” was released as a pre-release single last month. The music video, filmed in Lisa’s hometown of Bangkok, garnered a massive response, surpassing 70 million views on YouTube within 24 hours of its release. “Sawadika” debuted at No. 69 on Billboard’s main singles chart, the Hot 100. This marks Lisa’s highest-ever chart entry. Meanwhile, Lisa became the first Asian solo artist to win the “Best Pop” award at the “2026 MTV Video Music Awards,” held last month at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, for her song “Dream,” released last year.
