It is believed he filed the lawsuit after his repeated expressions of intent to return to the group were not accepted. A Wake One representative told Edaily, “As this matter is currently undergoing legal proceedings, we ask for your understanding as we are unable to comment on specific details,” choosing their words carefully. Kim Gun-woo debuted as a member of Alpha Drive One last January. He was embroiled in controversy last April when it was belatedly revealed that he had expressed dissatisfaction using inappropriate language on a content filming set.
