The event, held twice—at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.—allowed the group to interact closely with local fans. This fan meeting followed their first promotional tour in Japan last August. Ahead of the fan meeting, USphere expanded their engagement with local fans by holding various events in Tokyo starting on the 21st, including a mini-live performance, a high-touch session, and meet-and-greets with fans. In particular, their YouTube live stream on the 23rd drew over 1,000 viewers—about three times their usual concurrent viewership—demonstrating the group’s growing popularity. Youthpierre shared their thoughts, saying, “When we held a fan signing event in Japan last August, we thought we’d like to hold a fan meeting someday, so we’re happy that it actually came true,” adding, “We hope the memories we made with our fans today will stay with us for a long time.” This fan meeting is significant in that it allowed Youthpierre to lay the groundwork for ongoing interaction with local fans in Japan, moving beyond a one-off promotional event. It will be interesting to see how much they can expand their overseas fanbase, building on this momentum that led to a return visit and a solo fan meeting within a short period. Yousphere is scheduled to hold a busking performance at Everland’s Rose Garden on the 30th at 4:30 p.m.
