Mgame Corp. announced on the 30th that it held a board of directors meeting and resolved to repurchase approximately 2 billion won worth of its own shares. The company plans to cancel all of the shares acquired this time; when the amount from this decision is added to the two previous repurchases, the total value of treasury stock repurchased this year reaches approximately 6 billion won.
Mgame Corp. decided to repurchase treasury stock worth approximately 2 billion won each in May and June, acquiring a total of 846,834 shares over the two rounds. Of these, 430,000 shares were canceled on July 15, and the company plans to cancel the shares acquired in this latest round as well.

The acquisition period runs from October 31 to January 30 of next year. The shares will be acquired directly on the KOSDAQ market through MIRAE ASSET SECURITIES.
The acquired treasury shares are scheduled to be fully canceled within one year from each acquisition date, and the specific cancellation schedule will be determined by a separate board resolution.
The company emphasized that it is also returning value to shareholders through cash dividends.
