Pado to Unveil Next-Generation Storage Semiconductors at Computex 2026… Accelerating Push into Asian Data Center Market

Seeking to Expand Cooperation with Taiwanese Clients and Identify New Partners New Orders Exceed 300 Billion Won This Year “We Will Make This the First Year of a Major Leap Forward in Sales and Profits”

[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyun-ah] Padu, a company specializing in data center semiconductors, is accelerating its push into the Asian data center and server markets, using Computex 2026—Asia’s largest information technology (IT) exhibition—as a springboard.

#Padu announced on the 4th that it launched its Asian market offensive during Computex 2026, held in Taipei, Taiwan from the 2nd to the 5th, by expanding technical cooperation with major clients and identifying new partners.

Computex is Asia’s largest IT exhibition, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), computing, robotics, and next-generation technologies. This year’s event featured approximately 1,500 participating companies, including global Big Tech firms, making it a major arena for competition in AI and data center technologies.

Pado held a customer invitation event at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel near the venue, targeting major cloud service providers, server manufacturers, and storage module companies, where it showcased its next-generation storage controller semiconductor technology.

First Public Unveiling of Next-Generation Products Targeting AI Data Centers
At this event, Phadoo unveiled the physical prototype of its next-generation 6th-generation (Gen6) SSD controller for the
first time
. This product is characterized by more than double the performance and power efficiency compared to the existing 5th-generation (Gen5) product.

In particular, the company focused on reducing storage bottlenecks to address the massive data processing demands generated during the operation of AI services. It also claims to have achieved industry-leading read and write performance for the large volumes of data required to run large AI models.

Additionally, the company has applied its "Flexible Data Placement (FDP)" technology, which it was the first in the industry to commercialize. This technology optimizes data storage locations to minimize performance degradation even in environments where multiple AI models operate simultaneously, while also extending storage device lifespan and improving operational efficiency.

During the event, Padu conducted a technology demonstration under the theme “A New Paradigm for AI Infrastructure: Storage Innovation Driven by AI Inference” and introduced its next-generation storage strategy for the AI era.

Expanding Collaboration with ADATA… Tangible Results in the Taiwan Market
Pado is also strengthening its collaboration with ADATA, a Taiwanese memory and storage company.

At this year’s Computex, ADATA unveiled the “TD7P51 ECO,” a new product under its enterprise storage brand “TRUSTA.” This product incorporates Padu’s storage controller semiconductors and related technologies.

The two companies have been engaged in a strategic partnership since last year, and Pado has expanded its penetration of the Taiwanese data center market by establishing cooperative frameworks with ADATA and server platform company Gigacomputing.

As a result, Padu has secured enterprise storage supply contracts totaling 60.4 billion won in the Taiwanese market alone this year.

New Orders
Exceed
300 Billion Won… “Growth Momentum Accelerating Further”
Pado announced that its new order volume for this year has exceeded 30
0 billion won
based on public disclosures, driven by a significant increase in orders from major North American cloud service providers. The company expects its revenue growth to accelerate
even further
in the second half of the year.

CEO Nam Yi-hyun stated, “Computex is a crucial platform for showcasing Padu’s technological capabilities and innovation not only in the North American hyperscale cloud market but also in the Taiwanese and Asian markets.” He added, “We will expand our collaboration with key partners, including ADATA, to broaden our customer base and make this year the starting point for a significant leap in revenue and profits.”
